International Adoption Services

Lifeline assists families through international adoption in all 50 states, each of the U.S. territories and with U.S. citizens living abroad. If your family lives in one of our licensed states below, we can serve as your primary provider (specific to the country you are adopting from) and complete your home study. If you reside in another state, we can serve as your primary provider, guide you to another Hague accredited agency for your home study, ensure that it meets the country’s requirements, and guide you through each step of your adoption journey.

Lifeline also assists families through the home study process who already have a primary provider (and live in one of our licensed states). For more information on our international adoption services, call Heather Jackson at 712-986-6338 or email her at [email protected].

Unexpected Pregnancy & Domestic Adoption Services

Lifeline serves women in unexpected pregnancies across the United States by connecting them to resources, providing options counseling, and assisting them with an adoption plan if they desire. Currently, we only accept applications for our domestic infant program from families in states in which we have an active pregnancy counseling ministry. In light of specific matching requests from birth parents, we also accept applications from prospective parents in any state when one or both spouses are racially diverse or they are equipped to parent a child with genetic conditions or medical needs. For more information about domestic adoption please call 712-986-6338 or email [email protected].
