Traci Newell, LBSW-S, TBRI Practitioner, TIPS-MAPP Master Trainer, serves as the Senior Director of Foster Care & Family Preservation at Lifeline, where she has been a dedicated team member since 2003. Originally from Alabama, Traci earned her degree in Social Work from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is married to Marc, and together they have two children, Chrissy and Lily. Traci’s passion for musical theater and love of road trips reflect her vibrant spirit and commitment to building meaningful connections. Her expertise and warmth inspire those around her, making her a valued leader in our mission to serve families and communities.
