Susan Beard

Hi! My name is Susan Beard. I graduated with my BSN in 1991 and spent most of my nursing career as a cancer nurse. I am originally from Charles City, Iowa and moved to Topeka, Kansas in 2004 with my husband and three children. I started working at Lifeline Topeka on 1/15/2024 as their Nurse Manager.

What I am doing on a perfect weekend evening.

Having dinner and game night with husband and all our children!!

What do you do when you are not at Lifeline?

I love spending time outdoors in a variety of activities! Hiking, boating, bike riding, golfing, and walking our dogs are a few of the activities I enjoy!

Favorite scripture.

Zephaniah 3:17 “The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.”
