I received a Bachelors in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon in September of 2021. I am currently pursuing a Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. I lead a Women’s Ministry at my church and I have loved the opportunity to see the Lord work and being able to be used by him.

What I am doing on a perfect weekend evening.

The perfect weekend includes a restful morning with a homemade breakfast, a fun activity and dinner with friends, then an early night.

Interesting fact about you.

An interesting fact about me is that I do not know my birthday or my age, my adoptive parents picked a random day to celebrate. I was born in Ethiopia and placed in an orphanage, so I didn’t have any documentation of when I was born.

What do you do when you are not at Lifeline?

I love to exercise, try new recipes (with a vegan spin), and spend time with my friends.

Favorite scripture.

James 1:19 – “Be slow to speak, quick to listen, slow to anger”
