Noelle Howell

Noelle Howell serves as Executive Assistant to the VP of Domestic Services, joining Lifeline in 2023. Having grown up in Virginia, Maine, and Florida, Noelle brings a rich and diverse background to her role. She graduated from the University of Virginia via NROTC, earning a Bachelor of Music and a commission into the U.S. Navy. Noelle is blessed with a large, loving family—her husband, six children, three children-in-law, eight grandchildren, and many pets. Outside of work, she enjoys creating art and spending time outdoors. She is inspired daily by her favorite scripture: Isaiah 26: 3 & 12—“You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you. Lord, you will grant us peace; all we have accomplished is really from you.”
