Meredith Henry

Meredith grew up in Nashville, Tennessee.  She came to know the Lord when she was 16 years old through Young Life.  She attended Vanderbilt University and received a degree in Electrical Engineering and Math.  She also received a Masters in Engineering and an MBA from Owen School of Management.  Meredith worked for Exide Technologies for over 10 years serving as the Plant Manager for their plastics manufacturing plants.

In 1999, Meredith married Mark who was adopted from Mississippi Children’s home.  In 2007, they adopted twin girls, Ella and Emma.  Meredith resigned her position at Exide to stay home with their girls and has homeschooled them in cooperation with St Augustine, a University Model School.  In 2016, Mark and Meredith adopted a boy name Jon Mark.

The Henry family are members of Trinity Presbyterian Church where Meredith serves on the children and youth committee and Mark serves as a ruling elder.

Meredith has a heart for children and served on the board of Bethany Christian Services since 2010.  She assisted in the decision to transition from Bethany to Lifeline.  Meredith also helped start Sons of the King, a local after school program focusing on at risk boys.
