Lauren Charrier

Lauren Charrier, LMSW, serves as a Senior Manager/ State Casework Supervisor at Lifeline, joining the team in 2023. A Louisiana native, Lauren holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and an Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families through life-changing moments, drawing on her professional expertise and compassionate approach. Lauren is married to her husband, Brandon, and together they have two daughters, Tinsley and Bailey. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors and connecting with friends. An interesting fact about Lauren is her former side business in calligraphy and hand lettering, which she found both fun and therapeutic. Her favorite scripture is: “The Lord goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deuteronomy 31:8
