Heather Jackson

Heather Jackson, LBSW, CSW, serves as an Inquiry Specialist at Lifeline, joining the team in 2022. Originally from Orange City, Iowa, Heather earned her degree in Social Work from Northwestern College. She is passionate about supporting families and individuals, drawing on her professional expertise and her personal experience as a wife and mother of six. Heather finds joy in attending her children’s sporting events and spending time outdoors. Her dedication to helping others and her commitment to Lifeline’s mission make her a valued member of the team. Heather’s favorite scripture, Proverbs 3: 5 and 6, guides her daily: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
