Greyson Holt

Greyson Holt was raised in Cary, NC and spent a few years in Nashville, TN and is now back in Cary. She earned her bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University and her master’s degree from Belmont University in Mental Health Counseling, MFT. She is trained in TBRI principles, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and enjoys using play in therapy. Greyson and her husband love living close to family as she is the middle of seven siblings and is grateful to interact with adoption in my personal and professional life. Greyson is a LMFT.
