Greyson Holt

Greyson Holt, MFTA, serves as a Family Therapist at Lifeline, joining the team in 2023. Originally from North Carolina, Greyson holds degrees in Human Development and Family Studies from East Carolina University and Mental Health Counseling from Belmont University. She is passionate about supporting families and children, drawing from her own experiences as a foster mom and her commitment to strengthening relationships. Greyson has been married since 2022 and enjoys spending time with her black lab. Her warm, empathetic approach reflects Lifeline’s mission to provide hope and healing to families.
