McKenzie joined Lifeline in August of 2018. She is from Cullman, Alabama and serves as an International Social Worker on the Asia team. McKenzie graduated in 2017 from Samford University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and the University of Alabama with her Masters in Social Work. She has two sisters, one of which was adopted from China. After going to China and adopting her little sister, God began working on her heart to pursue a career in social work. Her little sister’s adoption journey opened her eyes to vulnerable children all over the world and the impact a family can have on a child’s life. McKenzie loves to play tennis, spend time at the lake, and be with her family and friends! McKenzie’s 3 simple joys are Chick-Fil-A, Alabama football and family. “I love working at Lifeline because of the Gospel centered focus on adoption and orphan care. It truly is a privilege to work with families who have such a heart for orphan care and adoption.”
