Lifeline Children’s Services Response to the Proposed Legislation to Protect Unborn Children in Kentucky

February 11, 2025: Lifeline Children’s Services stands in support of Kentucky House Bill 316, proposed on February 5. This bill would establish criminal penalties and fines for out-of-state entities providing abortifacients or abortion-inducing drugs and create a civil cause of action for women who receive such drugs.

As an organization committed to the sanctity of life and the protection of unborn children, we support legislative efforts like this that align with our mission to uphold the value of every human life. Measures like HB 316 are essential steps toward safeguarding the lives of the unborn and promoting a culture that respects and honors life at all stages.

We encourage our supporters and community members in Kentucky to stay informed about this legislation and to engage in constructive dialogue that reflects our shared commitment to protecting vulnerable lives.
