February 11, 2025: Lifeline Children’s Services stands in support of Kentucky House Bill 316, proposed on February 5. This bill would establish criminal penalties and fines for out-of-state entities providing abortifacients or abortion-inducing drugs and create a civil cause of action for women who receive such drugs.

Measures like HB 316 are essential steps toward safeguarding the lives of the unborn and promoting a culture that respects and honors life at all stages.
