Lifeline Children’s Services Licensed in Ecuador, Expanding Inter-Country Adoption Services

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., April 17, 2025 — Lifeline Children’s Services is now licensed as an accredited adoption services provider in Ecuador. As the largest evangelical adoption agency in the United States, Lifeline is honored to expand its international adoption services. With the addition of Ecuador, Lifeline now operates in 20 countries.

“Over the years, Lifeline has received numerous inquiries from families with ties to Ecuador about international adoption. Expanding our mission into Ecuador is an incredible opportunity to impact the lives of hundreds of children in the years to come. There’s a profound sense of stability that only a loving, permanent home can provide—and that’s exactly what the families who partner with us are committed to offering these vulnerable children,” said Herbie Newell, president and executive director of Lifeline Children’s Services. “We are eager to work alongside local organizations and individuals who share our passion for advancing the gospel and providing compassionate care to children in need.”

Lifeline Children’s Services is seeking 10 pilot families to join the program. Families interested in pursuing adoption in Ecuador can learn more and apply for scholarships at lifelinechild.org/Ecuador.
