No. While Lifeline does have a LOT of social workers on staff, there are many ways to serve at Lifeline. We have teams focused on finance, marketing, administration – just to name a few. Some states that we are licensed in require a social work degree and/or licensure. If that’s the case, we will be sure to include that in the job posting.

Lifeline also provide short-term disability coverage and paid time off for full-time employees. Additional benefits are available for employees after 4 years of service.

After you submit your application, there are generally 2-3 interviews depending on the position and its location. This process can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks (although it’s not limited to that timeline.) Our recruitment team works hard to ensure that the process is as timely and smooth as possible.
