Number and percentage of those placements that remain intact, are disrupted, or have been dissolved:

Total Placements: 432

– 424 (98.14%) remain intact

– 1 (0.23%) dissolved

– 7 (1.60%) disruptions

Number of parents who apply to adopt on an annual basis, based on data for the prior three calendar years:

– 2023: 122

– 2022: 112

– 2021: 176

Number of children eligible for adoption and awaiting an adoptive placement referral via Lifeline:

Zero – (Children are placed via the Central Authority for Adoption in the represented countries.)

*Note: Taiwan, Uganda, and Ukraine have not ratified the Hague Convention, and therefore, are not affected by the United States’ implementation of the Hague Convention.
