Vickye Schultz

Vickye joined Lifeline in April of 2019.  She lives in Ft. Worth, Texas and serves as the Licensed Child Placing Agency Administrator & Director of Client Services. Vickye attended LeTourneau University and received her degree in Business.  She spent twenty-two years managing domestic adoption programs including adoptive family orientations & training and the adoption journey, birth parent services, residential maternity home for minor and adult expecting mothers, multi-state licensing in 11 states, 20 years of Human Resource management & writing policies and procedures, compliance with multi-state adoption licensing minimum standards, management of Texas foster care program. She is married to her husband, Ed, and have two children who are now young adults. Both of their children played sports in high school and college. Family is a very important part of their lives. They also have a Golden Retriever and a black lab. Vickye enjoys swimming, movies, church events, eating out with family & friends, family get-togethers, and hosting pool parties!  Vickye loves the people of Lifeline and the time spent in bible study. “Both are amazing!”
