Sydney Blair

Sydney Blair, LMSW, serves as State Casework Specialist, joining the team in 2021. Originally from Topeka, Kansas, Sydney studied at Southwest Baptist University, earning a bachelor’s degree in social work, and later completed her master’s at Washburn University. Sydney is passionate about supporting families and children through every step of the adoption journey, drawing on her professional expertise and personal commitment to service. She is married to her wonderful husband and enjoys serving at her local church.
