Susannah Ayers

Susannah Ayers, LICSW, serves as a Family Therapist at Lifeline, joining the team in 2021. Originally from Birmingham, AL, Susannah holds a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Youth and Family Ministry from Harding University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Alabama. Deeply rooted in her community, she cherishes time with her family in Birmingham. Susannah is passionate about supporting families and brings a unique perspective as a second-generation social worker—her mother also holds an LICSW. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and exploring local coffee shops. Susannah’s warmth and dedication reflect Lifeline’s mission to serve families with compassion and expertise. Her favorite scripture is Psalm 16, which inspires her daily work and personal life.
