Sara Wilson Worley

Sara Worley, LICSW, TBRI Practitioner, serves as Parent Coaching Manager and Family Therapist at Lifeline, where she has been making a difference since 2019. Originally from Florence, AL, Sara holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Alabama, a Master of Arts in Church and Community Ministries from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Alabama. Since moving to Birmingham, Sara has cherished being close to her family in Huntsville and has found deep community through her local church, which is rich in adoption and foster care stories. She enjoys reading, exploring local coffee shops, spending time with loved ones, and browsing thrift stores. Sara’s warmth and dedication shine through her work with families, reflecting Lifeline’s mission of hope and support. Her favorite scripture is Psalm 23.
