Michelle Wright

In her role as a Senior Manager/ State Casework Supervisor, Michelle Wright, MSW, brings expertise and compassion to the team. Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Michelle earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida. She is married and the proud mother of three children, including one welcomed through domestic adoption—a personal experience that deepens her commitment to Lifeline’s mission. Since 2015, Michelle has been guiding families through their unique adotion journeys. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family. Michelle’s warmth, leadership, and personal connection to adoption make her a valued member of our organization. Her favorite scripture, “Jesus wept.” (John 11:35), reflects her empathy and dedication to walking alongside others in times of need.
