Melissa Kowieski

Melissa Kowieski joined Lifeline Children’s Services in April 2021 and currently serves as the National Program Manager for Families Count. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Valdosta State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from St. Leo University.

With more than twenty years of experience in education, Melissa has served as an elementary and virtual teacher, registrar, and test coordinator in St. Johns County; Coordinator of Virtual Instruction for the North Florida Educational Consortium; and Assistant Principal of Clay Virtual Academy in Clay County District Schools.

Melissa is deeply committed to equipping local churches to engage and support vulnerable parents and children, fostering restoration and family preservation through compassionate, gospel-centered ministry.
