Leslie Silva serves as our AR Pregnancy Care Manager, joining our team on January 15, 2026. Originally from Clinton, Arkansas, Leslie holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Houston Christian University and an M.A.C.E. in Spiritual Formation and Discipleship from Dallas Theological Seminary. As a single mother, Leslie cherishes her family, including her daughter, son-in-law, and two granddaughters in Nashville, and enjoys life in Fort Smith with her father and cocker spaniel, Skip. Leslie is an avid weightlifter, farm-hand, and accomplished cook, bringing energy and warmth to every aspect of her work. She is passionate about encouraging others to embrace their unique gifts, believing that “different is always good and super fun.” Leslie’s favorite scripture is John 10:10b—“Jesus came so that we (believers) can live in abundance NOW!”
