Jackie Francis

Jackie Francis, LICSW-S, serves as Lifeline’s Director of International Processes, bringing a wealth of experience and compassion to her role since joining in 2019. Originally from Birmingham, AL, Jackie holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Huntingdon College and a Master of Social Work from the University of Alabama. She is married and the proud mother of two children—a boy and a girl. Jackie’s favorite moments are spent adventuring with her family or enjoying a quiet cup of coffee. An interesting fact about Jackie is that she first connected with Lifeline as an intern in 2010 and has worked in every building the organization has occupied. Her dedication and warmth reflect Lifeline’s mission to serve with hope and integrity. Jackie’s favorite scripture is Romans 15:13: “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
