Deb joined Lifeline in 2025 and serves as the Domestic Post Adoption Manager. She received her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Stephen F. Austin State University and her Master’s of Divinity with a Specialization in Missions Strategies from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. For ten years, Deb and her husband Jake served as IMB missionaries in Italy. During this time, they adopted their three daughters through Lifeline’s international program in 2020. Deb has a calling to adoption and missions and is grateful for the opportunity to merge these together through the gospel-centered ministries at Lifeline. Some of Deb’s favorite things are drinking espresso, traveling, and binge-watching TV series.
