Charisma Franklin

Charisma Franklin is an Accounting Specialist at Lifeline, bringing a detail-oriented approach and a heart for service since joining the team in 2025. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Charisma holds a degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology from Brown Mackie College. She is a proud mother of three boys. Charisma’s passions include planting, journaling, volunteering in her church’s children’s ministry, and cherishing time with family and friends. She is committed to both her profession and her community. Charisma’s favorite scripture, Philippians 4:13—“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!”—inspires her daily work and service.
