Carrie Holladay

My name is Carrie Holladay, and I began working for Lifeline in September 2021. I was born in East Tennessee but have lived in Kentucky, Indiana, and Alabama before settling in the greater Nashville area. I attended college at Samford University where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, followed by graduate school at the University of Alabama where I earned a Master of Social Work. I met my husband, Aaron, while in grad school and his job brought us to Middle Tennessee. I worked as a social worker for private adoption agencies before becoming a stay-at-home/homeschool mom. Once our youngest started college, I re-entered the workforce and have enjoyed returning to my first career. Our daughter is currently in college, our son graduated college in 2021, and we were blessed to add a daughter-in-law to our family in 2022.

Interesting fact about you.

This is my second time to work for Lifeline! I worked as an administrative assistant and completed my first graduate internship with Lifeline. It is the job God used to lead me to a career in social work!

What do you do when you are not at Lifeline?

Spending time with my family, DIY projects with my husband, church activities, and crochet

Favorite scripture.
