Carrie Holladay

Carrie Holladay, MSW, serves as a State Pregnancy Counseling Manager, bringing compassion and expertise to her role. Carrie first joined Lifeline in 1992 and returned in 2021, drawing on decades of experience in social work. Born in Kingsport, TN, Carrie grew up in Kokomo, IN, and has called Nashville home since 1995. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Samford University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Alabama. Carrie is married to Aaron and is the proud mother of two adult children, Ben and Audrey. She enjoys DIY projects with her husband, crocheting, serving at her church, and spending time with loved ones. An interesting fact about Carrie is that she has been teaching cake decorating classes for over 15 years—a creative outlet during her homeschooling years. Her favorite scriptures are Joshua 1:9 and Micah 6:8, which inspire her daily work and life.
