Last month, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services quietly restored Title X funding to Planned Parenthood—funding that had been withheld since March 2025. This decision once again directs taxpayer dollars to an organization responsible for hundreds of thousands of abortions each year.
The current administration must act immediately to reverse this decision and halt Title X funding to Planned Parenthood. We must not allow intimidation from the abortion industry to dictate public policy, especially when the lives of preborn children and the consciences of American taxpayers are at stake.
“Organizations like Planned Parenthood promote an ideology that directly opposes the biblical truth that every person is made in the image of God,” said Herbie Newell, president and executive director of Lifeline. “No taxpayer should be forced to subsidize organizations that violate their morality and undermine the dignity of human life.”
