Lifeline Children’s Services Responds to Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic Supreme Court Decision

Lifeline Children’s Services applauds the decision from the Supreme Court today. This ruling sends a clear message: the business of abortion is not above states’ rights or the convictions of taxpayers.

This is more than a legal victory—it’s an opportunity. An opportunity for communities to come alongside women, children and families with real, life-giving support. An opportunity to invest in alternatives that protect life through adoption, foster care, and gospel-centered family restoration.

Organizations like Planned Parenthood promote an ideology that directly opposes the biblical truth that every person is made in the image of God. No taxpayer should be forced to subsidize practices that violate their morality and undermine the dignity of human life.

While we continue to pray and advocate for the work yet to be done, we celebrate today’s victory. This decision moves us closer to a society that cherishes life, supports birth mothers and provides true hope and true health care.

Lifeline Children’s Services is the largest Evangelical Christian adoption agency in the United States, with offices in 19 states and headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama.
