Domestic Program Administrative Coordinator

Location: Birmingham, AL

Status: Full-time

Position Summary: Works cooperatively with Domestic personnel to ensure effective services and ministries offered to all Domestic Programs, including domestic adoption, pregnancy counseling, and foster care.


  • To be a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ to co-workers, clients and ministry partners
  • Forms creation and updating
  • Management of back end database work for domestic programs
  • Coordinates outreach and networking plans and schedules for domestic programming (including working closely with State Directors, Pregnancy Counselors, etc.)
  • Responsible for reporting for all domestic programs
  • Partnering with Marketing department for domestic specific marketing campaigns, content, etc.
  • Some web management for domestic teams (posts, blogs, etc.)
  • Assist Domestic Program Directors with projects and tasks, as needed

Secondary Responsibilities: 

  • Assists with and attends agency sponsored events
  • Represents the agency in a professional manner in and away from the office
  • Maintains good working relationships with co-workers, including resolving all disputes in a Biblically prescribed fashion
  • Other duties as assigned by the VP of Domestic Services

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Associate’s Degree – Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
