By moving to one unified platform, we reduce processing fees, enhance security, and provide a smoother, more reliable giving experience for you.
This change begins January 2, 2026 and the new platform will be live on our website. However, it will take 6-8 weeks to transfer all monthly giving to the new platform, and those will go into affect late February 2026.
There is no action required on your end. Your giving will stay the same and no monthly donations will be missed during this transition period.
No. Your gift will continue automatically, and there’s nothing you need to do. We just want you to know so you’re not surprised if you see a different company name on your statements.

iDonate will email donation receipts, and all payments will be securely processed through CardConnect.
We’ve moved from individual child sponsorships to Global Orphan Care support to ensure equitable care and sustainability across the board. Beginning late February 2026, you can manage your monthly giving by visiting the donor portal HERE. This will allow you to edit your card on file, monthly giving amount, and frequency.
Your current giving and payment method will remain the same. No action required.
