As an intern with our Human Resources Department you will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience in the areas of compliance, policy, and benefits.  As an intern it is necessary that you possess attention to detail, initiative and critical thinking skills.  Lifeline’s Human Resources department is housed in the home office in Birmingham, Alabama and is responsible for approximately 130 employee across 12 states.
