The Dominican Republic has one of the largest economies in the Caribbean and Central American regions, and it is known for its great biological diversity and tourist attractions. Despite all the country has to offer, the DR has various social issues resulting in many children needing care.

About our Partner
(un)adopted partners with Niños de la Luz, home to 13 boys who have faced the hardship of life on the street. At the boys’ home, they live in a family environment, are taught life and job skills, and are shown the love of Christ.
The Need
(un)adopted partners with this boys’ home by advocating for the ministry, leading an annual construction team, and leading yearly Caregiver Education training to further equip the staff that works at the home. Through this home, the boys who were born without identification, which makes them ineligible for adoption, can grow up with gospel hope. They operate a coffee shop that helps provide for the home while learning skills.
