Meet Victor! Victor is a sweet, calm, and smiley little boy! He shows signs of attachment with his caregivers and turns to make contact when his name is called. He has begun to pronounce simple words. He has good head control and rolls from his back to his belly during play time. Victor is kind, playful, and has so much room for expected growth and progression in his abilities!

Victor’s file is available until July 19, 2025. Please keep in mind that several families may be reviewing this child’s file at one time. At any given time, a child’s file can go on hold, or this file could be taken back by the country. There also may be other families with other agencies who submit a request to match and are presented at the matching meeting.
