Samuel is a playful and sweet little boy. He enjoys playing the piano and playing football! Samuel also loves outdoor activities and eating donuts and ice cream.
Samuel was born premature and tested positive for methamphetamines. He had sepsis and was treated with antibiotics. He had a few respiratory tract infections requiring hospitalizations. Samuel now has good psychical health. He does have eczema, flatfeet deformities, and premature exfoliation of primary teeth. These are well-controlled and currently do not require any treatment. Samuel was assessed to have borderline developmental delay and early ODD features. He has recently been diagnosed with ADHD and is being treated with medication.
Samuel was previously advocated for with his sister. They have recently been separated, so a family pursuing Samuel will need to be open to keeping this connection.
