Hello, my name is Brian. When I first came to Busega Community School for the Deaf and Blind, my teachers were worried that I wouldn’t adjust.
I was angry and mean. But by the end of the first term, I realized everyone was so nice to me and loved me. So I became more friendly and I love school now. I don’t know sign language or how to hold a pencil to write yet, but I’m trying to learn.
When I was four days old I came down with Malaria and had fever and seizures from it. When I turned one and a half my parents found out that I could not hear or speak.
