One of the ways you can get involved in Uganda is to begin praying for the needs that are present there. Check back occasionally to see an updated list of prayer requests for this country.
Prayer Points
Pray for the government of Uganda. Ask that God reveal may himself to the judges and those who make decisions regarding orphan care.
Pray for the Church in Uganda: Pray for God to strengthen Ugandan families and grow more desire to care for orphans. Pray for sound doctrine and for the church to thrive.
Pray for the health and well-being of our attorney and our facilitator currently serving in Uganda.
Pray for our Orphanage partners
Pray for God’s providence and protection in the homes that we work with.
Pray for the directors, nannies and the children.
Pray for birth families, that poverty or special needs would not be a reason to abandon or place a child.
Pray for sustainability projects at the homes we work with:
Pray that the Lord would give wisdom and creativity to the directors as they are creating sustainability projects.
Pray that these projects would multiply the resources, helping to meet the children’s needs, and that through these projects, older children will learn life and job skills.
