Position Status: Part-time

Position Summary:

Provides general administrative support to the International team and general clients.

Essential Duties:

  • To be a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ to co-workers, clients and ministry partners
  • Management of the team database
  • Distribution of information from the team database to team members
  • Open and distribute incoming mail
  • Preparation of the dossier documents for certification/authentication process
  • Preparation of immigration paperwork
  • File all paperwork relating to Prospective Adoptive Parents (PPA) files
  • Coordinate details regarding FedEx and DHL shipments including but not limited to ordering needed supplies, scheduling pick-ups, etc.
  • Post-adoption support and uploading post-adoption reports
  • Management of program team calendar
  • File management for out of state team members
  • Provide support for program’s social media accounts
  • Send out information packets, applications, and requested literature & paperwork
  • Assists the Program Director with various tasks assigned in the process of international adoption
  • Support for interoffice administrative projects
  • Special projects as needed by the team or agency
  • Facilitation of travel for limited number international families, as needed by agency

Secondary Duties: 

  • Maintains good working relationships with staff and leadership, including solving all disputes in a Biblically prescribed fashion
  • Represents the ministry in a professional manner in and away from the office
  • Assists in ministry-related events, including the annual retreat, fundraising dinner, and other fundraising events

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • At least two years of undergraduate work or equivalent experience, computer literate and familiar with all standard office equipment
