Family Therapist

Kim joined the Lifeline staff in October 2013; though she has always been passionate about adoption. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Alabama A & M University in 2006 and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Alabama in 2007 with a concentration in child and adolescent mental health. She has a professional license and served children and adults in a clinical mental health setting before coming to Lifeline. She feels that social work and her ministry at Lifeline is a calling; not a job. She counts it an honor to get to walk with families through their adoption journey. She and her husband, John, have 2 beautiful children, and enjoy opportunities to show Christ’s love through serving their local community and home church.
