Kara Leigh earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Auburn University in 2008, and has served at Lifeline as a Birth Mother Counselor since 2010. She has been truly humbled by the opportunity to walk alongside women who have courageously and sacrificially considered and/or chosen an adoption plan for their child. Being a part of God’s pursuit of these women and children, and seeing God’s character and heart be known in their stories and adoption journey is a privilege and a gift she will always be deeply grateful for. Kara Leigh now works in Lifeline’s Traditional Foster Care Department through training, serving and encouraging foster parents. She is sincerely motivated by the heart of this vision and the opportunity to come beside families in surrender for the sake of these precious ones in their care. She is thankful to be a part of this ministry here at Lifeline, and is expectant to see God move His Kingdom forward in the days to come.
