Lifeline Children’s Services is a full service agency providing international adoption services for Ukraine to families across the U.S. Our agency is licensed in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Washington State. We are still able to provide services to families in all 50 states. Your Lifeline social worker will help you locate a licensed social worker and an agency experienced in completing home studies for international adoption in your state of residence.  They will complete the home study portion of your Hungary process.  Our program exists to place children in need of love and a family in a safe, loving home and provide services to Christian families desiring to adopt one or more of these precious children.

Licensed Agency

Alabama-licensed since 1981, Lifeline offers a full-range of adoptive and counseling services, including home study preparation and post-placement adoptive services for domestic and international adoptions. For those families residing outside of the states of Alabama, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Washington State, help with obtaining these services is given.

Document Package Facilitation

During the Hungary adoption process there will be a detailed process of preparing numerous documents for a Dossier. To aid our clients in this area, we provide a detailed definition of all the documents required in this package and a description of what is required in terms of Notarization. We also supply the necessary forms.  After the document package is completed by the client, it is sent to Hungary for translation and submission to the Ministry.

We spend a great deal of time monitoring what is happening with Hungary adoptions. We receive updated information from our Lifeline Hungary team weekly. We provide a list of estimated costs that our clients are likely to incur. Keep in mind that many of these fees are set by other authorities and are out of our control.

A key component in a successful adoption from Hungary is to have an effective representative in Hungary. We believe our team members in Hungary are the best. They were born in Hungary and our head team member resides in Canada but travels to Hungary frequently. Our head team member in Hungary has been working with adoptions for over 20 years and has many contacts throughout the country. His numerous contacts can help the Hungary portion of the adoption process run smoothly. Our team will act as guides and translators to our clients while they are in Hungary for the adoption. Our Lifeline team has helped many families complete a successful adoption from Hungary.

If you choose to adopt from Hungary, you will be adopting from any region located in Hungary. Lifeline Children’s Services, Inc. does not work exclusively with one region, foster home, or orphanage.  We assist our clients with the information needed to prepare a complete document package as required by the Ministry and forward the document package to our Hungary team for submission to the Ministry.  As with nearly all adoptions, there are risks involved and we cannot guarantee a successful adoption from Hungary.
