The Waiting Children that are listed here are available immediately and upon interest we will immediately contact our Bulgarian Director to determine that this child is still available. At this point we will immediately begin the process for your adoption of this child and remove the child from the waiting child listing.
You will then need to complete Lifeline documentation, begin your home study process and also sign and submit to Dreams Foundation a contract and $1,000 Euros. You will also have to complete a preliminary application for the specific child to be filed with the MOJ, so that the child could be kept on hold for you while you are completing your home study and CIS process and gathering your Bulgaria dossier. Lifeline will provide you with these documents. You will have to complete a declaration of commitment form for the specific waiting child you desire to adopt as well and this will be sent to Lifeline by Dreams Foundation upon receiving the signed Dreams Foundation Contract and $1,000 Euros. These will need to be notarized and apostilled and returned to Dreams Foundation as soon as possible.
You will need to continue to complete your home study process and the dossier gathering process. Once you have your approval for your I800A documentation and your dossier complete we will then send your dossier to Bulgaria.
You will not need to wait to be matched, but are officially matched with your child immediately upon submitting your completed dossier to the MOJ in Bulgaria. Your adoption process will continue to follow the process explained here.
